Employees can log on to bikescheme at anytime once a scheme has been set up.  Your employer will have provided you with a username and password so that you can view your company’s scheme.  If the scheme is “live” you will also be able to place an order.

By enrolling on bikescheme you will be able to:

• Use the bike for leisure purposes too
• Make significant savings on the cost of the bike, eg up to 50% off from High Street prices
• Spread the cost by paying through salary each month – no credit checks are made
• You will be hiring the bike from your employer, but at the end of the 12 month scheme your employer can choose to sell the bike to staff at a nominal amount (although this falls outside of the scheme and would be part of a separate arrangement)
• Although the bike will be the property of your employer, you will be responsible for it, and you must keep it properly maintained and insured
• You will be able to get fit and healthy while making a significant contribution to reducing you and your company’s carbon footprint
